Moroccan Biscuits
Preparation:
  1. Stir the eggs with the sugar, whisk to a froth. Add lemon peel, oil, lemon juice, a pinch of salt and stir again. Gradually add flour mixed with baking powder, when the dough becomes consistent, mix with your hands. When you get a nice, smooth dough and consistently, cover with nylon foil and let it rest for 10 minutes.

  2. Pour the powdered sugar into a deeper plate, take the dough, form balls the size of a smaller meatball and roll it in powdered sugar. Make sure the bottom is flat when you create the balls.

  3. Then place them in a greased baking tray, on which you have placed the baked paper.

  4. Bake the biscuits in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 20 minutes.

  5. When the biscuits are done, leave to cool and serve.

Buon appetito!
