Ingredients: simple, total time: 10 min.
3 eggs
5 Tablespoon of flour
1 full Tablespoon of breadcrumbs- pretzels
1/2 teaspoon of salt
pepper to taste/ optional
200 ml beer
Preparation:
First beat the eggs, then add flour, salt, breadcrumbs and gradually add beer. Roll the prepared and seasoned schnitzels in this mixture, then fry them until they are brown on both sides. If you want, you can, in addition to rolling them once in the mixture, roll them again only in crumbs!
