Mint-Flavored Grape Juice Lena

  • This drink is extremely healthy in combination with the juice of other fruits, I especially emphasize the grape seed that it is extremely healthy for our body and that you should consume it with this drink. You can combine it with the juice of blended pineapple, apple, orange, papaya, mango, peach, etc. Combine the fruit that suits you best, and you like it with this recipe. I used orange here because this fruit compound has an effect in treating inflammation and diabetes. Follow recipe.

Ingredients: simple, total time: 15 min.
  • 200 g fresh grapes

  • 1/2 orange juice/ or lemon

  • 1 Tbsp brown sugar/ or sweetener

  • 2 cups Ice

  • 10 leaves spearmint/ fresh

  • slice of orange or lemon for decoration

Preparation:
  1. Wash the grapes well and drain.

  2. Put the grapes in a blender and blend until smooth.

  3. Place a strainer over a bowl. Put gauze in the cell. Pour the mixed grape juice over the gauze.

  4. Gather the edges of the fabric, twist, and squeeze to extract the grape juice. Set aside and discard the shells.

  5. Grape seeds are extremely healthy and will not hurt you to drink them, so put them back in the juice.

  6. In a jug, combine the grapes, lemon juice and sugar.

  7. Stir until the sugar dissolves.

  8. To serve, pour the drink into four glasses of ice and pour over the rest of the mint.

  9. Decorate with orange or lemon slices.
