Mini Vegan Integral Pancakes

  • Vegan-style pancakes with the addition of flax and whole wheat flour and smeared with coconut oil. Follow recipe.

Ingredients: very easy, total time: 25 min.
  • 250 g whole wheat flour

  • 1/2 cup soy milk

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 2 Tablespoons brown sugar

  • 2 Tablespoons ground flax seeds

  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar/ 10 g

  • 1/2 Tablespoon fat

Preparation:
  1. Whisk everything with a mixer, if it seems liquid, add more flour.

  2. The mixture should be like an ordinary pancake mixture.

  3. Grease a pancake pan with cold coconut butter or olive oil and pour the mixture.

  4. Before turning the pancake, peel it off carefully from above with a cake spatula if it sticks.

  5. Then turn to the other side.

  6. When done, spread them with coconut butter to keep them soft.
