Mini Pavlova is a beautiful and decorative dessert that is easy to prepare. It is ideal for small festive occasions, and you can make them to please your loved ones. It is made from egg whites and consists of a mascarpone and whipping cream filling. Which is finally decorated with some red fruit. Follow recipe.
Ingredients: simple, total time: 60 min.
White Bodies:
4 big egg white / room temperature
230 g granulated sugar
2 Tbsp cornstarch
2 tsp white wine vinegar 2 tsp
Cream:
200 ml whipping cream / 31% fat or more
100 g mascarpone
1 Tbsp powdered sugar
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180 °C and prepare two trays, which you line with baking paper.
Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form, and gradually beat in the sugar.
Then mix in the starch and finally the vinegar.
A thick mass will form, which you can fill in a disposable pastry bag with a wider, serrated tip.
Make a slight indentation with the back of a spoon in the middle of each body, so that the cream will hold nicely on the cake.
Immediately place in the oven, reduce the temperature to 120 °C and dry for approximately 40-45 minutes.
After this time, turn off the oven and open the door just a little (insert a wooden spoon in it), let the balls cook in this way until they have completely cooled down in it.
Once the crusts have cooled, they can be easily removed from the baking paper.
Whip the cream until stiff, add the mascarpone and a teaspoon of powdered sugar.
Whisk together for a while until a smooth whipped cream is formed (this amount of cream is enough to fill 8 cases).
Fill the prepared shells with cream and decorate with fresh fruit.
Let the finished cakes rest in the fridge for two hours.
