Mini Donuts Recipe for the Machine

Ingredients: simple, total time: 30 min. 28 pieces
  • 2 eggs

  • 2 Tablespoons of sugar

  • 1/2 lemon grated peel

  • 1 bag of vanilla sugar/ 10 g

  • 1 bag of baking powder/ 10 g

  • 16 Tablespoons of flour

  • 1 glass of yogurt/ 180 ml

  • 1/2 cup of oil/ 90 ml

Preparation:
  1. Beat the eggs with the sugar, it should not be particularly foamy, add the other ingredients and beat well to combine into a homogeneous mass.

  2. Turn on the donut maker and when the light goes out, it means the machine is ready.

  3. Pour the mixture into each hole, cover, and after about 4–5 minutes they are ready. Check it, it depends on the strength of your device.

  4. Continue doing so until you have used up all the mixture.

  5. No need to lubricate, they don't stick.

  6. About 28 donuts come out of this mass.

  7. Serve warm.

2. Salt Donuts Recipe

  • Savory donuts of your choice with the addition of cheese, ham, and pickles

Ingredients:
  • 2 eggs

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 8 Tablespoon of corn flour

  • 8 Tablespoon wheat flour

  • 1 glass of yogurt/ 180 ml

  • 1 bag of baking powder/ 10 g

  • 1/2 glass of oil / 90 ml

  • combinations: pickles, ham, crumbled cheese / finely chopped

Preparation:
  1. Beat the eggs with a little salt, add the yogurt, corn flour and beat again, then gradually add the wheat flour, baking powder and beat with a mixer at low speed.

  2. After 2 minutes, add oil and finely chopped additives, if desired, beat the ingredients with a spatula. Fill the spaces on the machine and frying until are golden brown. Serve warm.
