Ingredients: simple, total time: 15 min. 2 servings
2 can sardines/filtered
Olive oil to taste
2 handful mativilz/ washed-lamb's lettuce
salt and black pepper to taste
1 small hot paper
apple acid cider vinegar to taste
2 slices of lemon
1 tomato/ sliced — optional
2 boiled eggs/optional
Preparation:
Wash the Matavilz salad and tomato well under a stream of cold water, leave it in a colander to drain well.
During this time, take the sardines out of the can, not with a lot of oil, put them on one plate.
Drained Matavilz salad, season with a little salt and pepper, pour olive oil and vinegar to taste, stir well.
In a small pan, fry the hot pepper in olive oil until golden brown, then remove from the heat.
If you want, you can cook 2 eggs for 11 minutes.
Cut the tomatoes into slices.
Pour Mativilz salad into a plate, add sardines over it, pour over the olive oil where the hot pepper was roasted, repeat with the second portion same.
Decorate on the side with slices of tomato and eggs, add 1 slice of lemon each.
