Marshmallow Fudge Cream

  • It's so perfect it melts in your mouth, it takes less than 30 minutes to make. You can use the cream for snickers and round dessert cubes that you make, it goes fantastically with nuts. Follow recipe.

Ingredients: simple, total time: 60 min.,14 pieces
  • 3 cups sugar

  • 190 g butter

  • 160 ml evaporated milk

  • 340 g package semisweet chocolate chips

  • 210 ml jar marshmallow crème

  • 115 g chopped pecans/ peanuts, nuts, almonds, cashew

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation:
  1. Line a 22 cm pan with parchment paper.

  2. Mix sugar, butter, and evaporated milk in a large saucepan over medium heat. Stir to dissolve sugar.

  3. Bring the mixture to a full boil, stirring constantly, for 4 minutes.

  4. Remove pan from heat and stir in chocolate chips. Continue stirring until they are completely melted.

  5. Add marshmallow crème, vanilla, and nuts if you like.

  6. Spread into parchment covered pan and let fudge cool.

  7. Remove parchment from pan onto a flat surface, then cut fudge into small squares to serve. Enjoy!

NOTE: In this recipe, you can add your favorite nuts: peanuts, walnuts, cashews, they go perfectly with this cream.
