Ingredients: simple, total time: 23 min., 2 serving
1 can tuna/ 70 g filtered
240 g macaroni pasta
3 Tbsp Olive oil EVO
2 cloves of garlic/ minced
220 ml tomato paste
1. 5 tsp oregano

1 full tsp red ground paprika
1/2 tsp salt and black pepper
170 ml water/ 3 times separated
grated Parmesan cheese as desired
Preparation:
Put a pot with water on it, add a teaspoon of salt, wait to boil.
During this time, chop the garlic, pour the olive oil into a medium pan, wait until it is on a low, moderate heat.
Add the filtered tuna and mix for about a minute, then add the chopped garlic.
As soon as the garlic smells, add tomato paste, oregano, basil, red ground paprika, salt and black pepper to taste and mix everything.
After every 5 minutes, add gradually 50 ml of water, three times. Cook about 15–17 minutes. The sauce must thicken a little and get a nice color.
In the meantime, add the macaroni to the water and let it cook according to the instructions until alla dente.
Strain the finished macaroni well and add it to the finished mixture with tuna, mix for about a minute and turn off the heat.
Serve warm with grated Parmesan cheese.
