Leskovac Mix Shaker
This is a Serbian traditional dish originating from Leskovac. Mostly in Serbia they eat it at least once a month. It is prepared with black pepper, a lot of onion, a lot of paprika and added spices with meat that has already been grilled, that is, fried. It is very tasty, some eat it spicy and some not. Of course, the meat can also be fried in a pan, but for the real taste of the stirrer, the grilled meat is responsible. This is Serbian traditional food. Follow recipe.
Ingredients: medium, total time: 95 min, 4 serving
2-3 Tablespoon oil/ or fat
1 kg of fatty pork/washed and dried, diced into cubes
500 g of onion/ cut into ribs
5 fresh peppers/ washed and diced
3 tomatoes/ washed and diced
salt and pepper to taste
red-hot crushed pepper to taste/ optional
1 teaspoon red ground pepper
1 green hot long pepper/ optional

Preparation:
Prepare all the ingredients as described above
Cut the meat into cubes, then grill or do it on a little oil (best strung in skewers.)
Meanwhile, fry the onion cut into ribs in a pan with a little oil or fat, 7-8 minutes.
Add the paprika cut into noodles and chopped tomato, simmer on low heat for a while longer 30 min.
Then add the grilled meat, simmer for another 20 minutes.
Season with salt, black pepper, red ground pepper and hot crushed pepper.
The finished dish can be briefly baked in the preheated oven 180 °C, 20 min.
Serve warm in deep plates.
Buon appetito!
NOTE:
You don't have to add hot spices, especially if you have small children. In any case, it will be delicious even without those spices.
Keep the rest of the food in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
