Lean Snail Leeks

  • Snails with leeks, very delicious, healthy snack. It will be ready quickly, ideal for breakfast or dinner, this is my favorite recipe. Follow recipe.

Ingredients: simple, total time: 40 min.
  • 500 g of thin pie crust

  • 1 and 1/2 larger leek

  • pinch of salt

  • 1/2 tsp pepper

  • 1 and 1/2 tsp dry spice Vegeta

  • 1 cup mineral water

  • 1/2 baking powder/ 5 g

  • 100 ml oil

Preparation:
  1. Wash the leek, cut it into small slices all the way to the top. Put in a pan to simmer and pour oil 100 ml oil and simmer for up to 10 min. add 1 and 1/2 tsp salt, of dry spice Vegeta and stir well.

  2. When it is done, leave the filling to cool a bit.

  3. During that time, pour 200 ml mineral water into a glass and put 1/2 a bag of baking powder, mix it well.

  4. Take the crust on the worktop then with the help of your finger pour oil but not much. Spray by hand with a mixture of baking powder and mineral water all over the crust. Then fill (4 tbsp necessary) along the crust along the longer side of crust, roll into a roll and then twist into a spiral and arrange in a greased pan with oil.

  5. All repeat the same principle until you get to end bark.

  6. When you have finished all this, spray the dough once more with a mixture of baking powder and sour water, brush the dough with oil.

  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C 15–20 min., it all depends on the oven.

  8. The color must be a nice yellow-brown. Serve hot. Enjoy in bites!
