Kinder Penguin Cake

  • The cake, which is soft and juicy, will be adored by most children. Kinder home penguin is no different from shopping cake. It is easy to prepare and ready relatively quickly. Follow the recipe instructions.

Ingredients: mold 23×30 cm, very easy, total time: 50 min.

Biscuit:

  • 5 eggs

  • 5 Tablespoons sugar

  • 5 Tablespoons flour

  • 2 Tablespoons cocoa

  • 1 baking powder/ 10 g

Cream:

  • 500 ml of milk

  • 4 Tablespoons density

  • 5 Tablespoons sugar

  • 250 g of butter

  • 1 bag vanilla sugar/ 10 g

Glaze:

  • 200 g of cooking chocolate

  • 200 g of butter

Preparation:

Dough:

  1. Whisk the egg yolks and sugar, add the flour mixed with the pastry and the egg whites.

  2. Line a small square sheet (30 × 23) with baking paper, pour in the batter and place in a preheated oven at 180 °C.

  3. Check with a toothpick, tests to see if it is ready.(15-25 min) depend on oven.

Cream:

  1. Stir the thickener with a little cold milk.

  2. Bring the rest of the milk to a boil, add the flour and cook, stirring, until the cream thickens.

  3. Cool the cream and add the well-beaten margarine with vanilla sugar.

  4. Separate three tablespoons of the resulting cream.

Glaze:

  1. Melt the margarine and chocolate and divide into two parts.

Stacking:

  1. Cut the biscuit into two halves.

  2. Spread half of the cream on the lower half, flatten and pour over half of the chocolate glaze and place in the fridge to harden the glaze.

  3. When the icing has hardened enough, spread the other half of the cream on it. Cover the top of the biscuit, spread it thinly with three tablespoons of the cream that we separated earlier and pour over the remaining chocolate glaze and store in the fridge.
