Ingredients: simple, total time: 70 min. 4 serving
600 g of ground lamb/preferably fatty
2-3 clove of garlic/ minced
2 tsp of red pepper paste
2 tsp of red ground paprika
1 tsp of red-hot pepper/ optional or crushed
1 big onion/ finely chopped
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp of black pepper
3 Tbsp breadcrumbs/ as you like
Preparation:
Grind the meat well in a meat grinder,
Place the meat in a deep bowl. Add the grated garlic, grated onion, tomato paste and other ingredients.
Knead the meat for at least 10-15 minutes. It needs to be thick and well-mixed.
Divide the minced meat you have prepared into 4-5 equal amounts.
Thread the meat onto skewers, or thick wooden cooking sticks or metal rods that can go in the oven, if you have them at home.
Place the meat on the skewers by squeezing it with your hand and leaving a slightly flat thickness of your index finger.
Arrange on a baking sheet and leave in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
If you don't have metal pins or sticks, then make 4-5 rolls 12 cm x 3 cm long and flatten them slightly with your palm so that they are the thickness of your index finger.
Place the skewers on a baking sheet lined with baking paper at intervals.
You can place pepper, onion, tomato between them.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C, controlled, for 15-20 minutes.
Remove and serve hot.
