Kale Muffins with Sesame

  • Cauliflower burgers with sesame, ideal for those who do not like a lot of meat, soft and juicy bro are prepared, you will love what they look like. Follow recipe.

Ingredients: simple, total time: 40 min. 4 servings
  • 5 cups chopped kale

  • 100 g grated Trappist cheese (full-fat semi-hard 100 g)

  • 120 g fresh cow's cheese

  • 1 onion

  • 3 cloves of garlic/ finely chopped

  • 3 eggs

  • sesame

  • chili, lemon grass, salt to taste

Kale Muffins with Sesame
Preparation:
  1. To begin, chop the washed kale in a food processor machine. You can freely clean the kale from the harder central part of the leaves after washing, but you don't have to. I am In the end.

  2. You should get 5 cups of 200 ml full of chopped kale.

  3. After the kale, add 100 grams of full-fat semi-hard cheese to the food processor, peeled medium-sized onion and a clove of garlic.

  4. Chop everything almost to a purée and mix with the chopped kale.

  5. Finally, add 3 eggs, 120 grams of fresh cow’s cheese and spices as desired. I used chili for the spice, a little lemongrass and salt.

  6. Fill an oiled muffin tin with the resulting mixture and bake the kale muffins at 200 °C for about 25 minutes.

  7. Before serving, fry a couple of tablespoons of sesame seeds in a dry pan and sprinkle with kale muffins.

  8. Even if you are not a fan of kale, you could really like this combination, so ignore the look of the dish and push :) Enjoy in a snack!
