Here is one of my recipes for banana smoothie and how to make it, the right thing for summer and hot days that will refresh you at all times. If you have bananas that have taken on color, don't throw them away, because they are ideal for frappés. The recipe is simple and phenomenal, you can combine the syrups you prefer, I will indicate in the text.
Ingredients: you need a glass 300 ml, mixer
1 banana
100 ml milk
1 scoop of vanilla ice cream
2 ice cubes
0,3 ml cherry syrup or chocolate which you like
a bit of chocolate syrup for sprinkle on the top or whipped cream
Preparation:
Put 1 peeled banana in your mixer and add 1/2 of the amount of milk and stir for a few seconds, then add 1 scoop of ice cream and the other half of the milk and 2 ice cubes and mix briefly.
Pour the cherry syrup into the glass and pour the resulting frappé immediately into the glass, and from above, add a bit of chocolate syrup to your taste, or whipped cream you can do without as you prefer. I mostly do it without chocolate syrup because then I lose the taste of banana frappé. ;)
