Ingredients: simple, total time: 60 min., 2 servings
300 g of minced meat
1 egg
2-3 Tbsp breadcrumbs
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
2 clove garlic/ finely chopped
1 tsp red ground pepper
1/2 tsp red-hot pepper
1 onion/ finely chopped
For the sauce:
200 ml boiled tomatoes
1 Tablespoon flour
a bit of oil
water for sauce
salt, a little oregano to taste
a little basil
Preparation:
In the minced meat, put an egg, a little pretzel, a little chopped garlic, ground pepper, a little allspice hot, sweet ground pepper, salt and all well equalized and form meatballs.
In a pan, fry the flour in oil, add boiled tomatoes and 200 ml of water.
Stir constantly and add water to get a thinner sauce. Add a little oregano, chopped basil and salt.
Pour the sauce into the pan and arrange the meatballs inside, coat with oil and bake in the oven at 210 °C for about 30–40 minutes.
When they are ready, serve them warm with mashed potatoes.
