Ingredients: simple, total time: 40 min
1. 2 kg roast pork/ boneless
2 onions/ cut into rings
250 ml chicken or vegetable broth
coarse salt to taste
peppercorns to taste
1-2 garlic clove/ pressed / or 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
2 Tbsp orange juice
1 Tbsp honey
Dijon's mustard to taste
Preparation:
