500 g flour also can be integral
2 cups kefir
1.5 cups brown sugar
2 Tablespoons honey
2 eggs
1 bag of baking powder/10 g
Filling:
500 g sour cream /can soy sugar
30 g of prunes/ dried apricots and almonds
Preparation:
Crust:
Whisk the eggs with the sugar until foamy. Pour kefir into the eggs and add honey. Mix the flour with the baking powder, then add to the mixture. Divide the dough in half and place the first half in a greased baking dish. Bake in the oven at 180 °C until golden brown. Repeat the same procedure with baking the second crust. When the crusts are baked and cooled, cut them into 2 parts and make 4 crusts from them.
Filling:
Prepare by whipping sour cream and adding raisins, prunes and finely chopped almonds. Coat each crust with filling and so on all the way to the top. Also coat the surface and sides of the cake with the remaining filling. If desired, you can sprinkle cinnamon on the cake. Leave the cake to cool, serve.
