Homemade production of torn dough in the Serbian way. It is very easy to prepare and quick. Follow recipe.
Ingredients: simple, total time: 45 min.
500 g flour
3 eggs
pinch of salt
water as needed
Preparation:
The old-style on dry is prepared from dough of the “flake” type, i.e., torn dough of an irregular shape.
Take approximately 500 g of flour requires 3 eggs, a little water, and a pinch of salt.
When the dough is kneaded, eggs are placed in the depression in the flour, flour is gradually added and, if necessary, water, until a dough is obtained that is not too hard, but does not stick to the hands.
Roll out the dough as thin as possible with a rolling pin, then cut noodles the width of one finger or tear into pieces approximately 5×5 cm in size.
If you have a dough machine, you can still stretch it and cut it into pieces or noodles with the appropriate attachment on the machine.
Leave the dough to dry a little, then boil them in boiling water for about 8-10 minutes.
