1.5 liter of whipped cream/ with fat 36%
salt to taste
thyme to taste

Preparation:
Whip the cream for about 10–15 minutes on medium speed. By whipping in this way, you will separate the buttermilk from the butter.
The liquid will rise in the bowl, and take out the hard part butter, strain it, and rinse it in two bowls of cold water, then strain it again.
Squeeze as much as you can to get all the liquid out.
Leave the hard part of the butter on the baking paper and divide it into several parts.
