Make a cake with semolina biscuits and walnuts, the taste is so delicious! This recipe has no flour and very little sugar with few ingredients. You will need semolina, eggs, some milk, baking powder and nuts. The preparation is very easy and fast! Follow the recipe.
Ingredients: simple, total time: 50 min.
Dough:
3 eggs
2 apples/ diced on thin cubes
50 g granulated sugar
100 g ground walnuts
100 g thin tea biscuits
100 ml oil
200 ml milk
2 cup semolina/ 1 cup 150 ml
1 bag baking powder/ 10g
100 ml milk chocolate
Glaze:
100 g dark chocolate
100 ml sweet cream
Preparation:
Beat eggs with sugar until foamy, add semolina with baking powder.
Grind the biscuit with walnuts and add it to the eggs. Mix briefly, then add oil, milk and small diced apples.
Combine it all well.
Pour the mixture into a greased 30×20 cm pan with butter and flour and align well.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C, for about 30-35 minutes.
After 20 minutes, reduce the temperature to 180 °C, bake until the end.
Cool the cake completely.
Turn the cake over, then cover with chocolate glaze that you will melt in steam.
Leave the cake in fridge.
Cut the cake into equal cubes.

NOTE:
You can add oatmeal instead of semolina.
Instead of chocolate milk, you can add 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder.
You can also use white chocolate and grated orange peel as a decoration.
You can combine raisins and a little cinnamon in this cake if you like.
Keep the cake in a cool place for up to 4-5 days.
