Hake in beer marinade, turmeric and sesame sounds silly, but hake this way is very tasty, and juicy, if you haven't tried it yet, now you have the opportunity. Follow recipe.
Ingredients: simple, total time: 40 min. 5 serving
1.2 kg of fish fillets
500 ml beer
9 full Tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon salt
4 Tablespoons oil
5 Tablespoon pretzels
1 Tablespoon sesame seeds
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
Preparation:
Dry the fillets well, they must not be wet.
Add flour, salt to the beer and whisk well so that there are no lumps. Make sure the mixture is not too thick. The mixture must be like béchamel sauce of that density.
Season the fillets with salt on both sides, if you want to add dry spices, then reduce with. Put the oil to heat in the pan on the lowest heat, because the fillets should stand for a while.
Roll each hake fillet first in flour, then in a mixture of beer, then in breadcrumbs mixed with sesame and turmeric.
Bake the fillets on both sides, until they turn brown, on a plate with a napkin to pick up the excess fat. Serve warm with a potato salad or some other side dish you prefer, chard, baked potatoes, or rice.
Buon appetito!
