1 onion
30 g of butter
1 red pepper
1 yellow paprika
1 green paprika
1 carrot
1/2 eggplant
1 zucchini
salt and dry spice to taste
2 tablespoons virgin olive oil
parsley and little oregano
Preparation:
Onion cut into half rings, peppers, carrots, and zucchini cut into rings.
Eggplant into cubes.
