All grilled fish is best done on charcoal or grilled wood on a grill wire, because it gives a special smell and taste, and with a good marinade, the fish will be even tastier and juicier. It is a low-calorie dish with a very irresistible taste, so I suggest you throw yourself at fish as soon as possible because they are otherwise very healthy. Here's how I prepare sea bass fish when I have the conditions, and believe me it's very good! Follow recipe.
Ingredients: simple, total time: 45 min. 4 serving
1.5 kg Sea bass
Marinade:
150 ml olive oil/ optional
2 tsp dry thyme
1 sprig rosemary
1/2 tsp oregano
1 lemon juice
1-2 Tbsp fresh parsley leaves
If desired, finely 4 chopped garlic, one part, the other part to sprinkle over the fish
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
Clean and wash the sea bass well, leave the fish in a piece, cut it on the stomach and wash the entrails of the fish well, and dry it well with a towel.
Make the marinade
In a deeper bowl, add chopped fresh parsley, thyme, a little oregano, lemon juice and finely chopped garlic and add a little white wine and mix well and coat with a rosemary sprig or brush on the outside and inside.
Heat your grill well with the help of charcoal or wood and spread the fire, but make sure that there is no strong fire, it must smoke more.
Lay your prepared fish and bake them on both sides, if there are smaller fish it will take 5 minutes on one side and 5 minutes on the other. If it is a larger fish, then you will have to bake both sides for about 10 minutes. You can, but you don't have to season it with salt and pepper before baking. I don't think there is a big role.
Serve the fish baked this way with a potato salad with slice of lemon, or a tomato salad as you like!
Buon appetito!
