Green Beans with Chicken Drumsticks

  • Green beans on my way when I make them, are very rich with vitamins and proteins, great recipe and I want to share this recipe with you. When I prepare green beans, always put it the last one in the pot with the meat, because I prefer to eat green beans a little harder than overcooked and flabby ones. At the same time, it is better to cook less because vitamins are always present there more than when vegetables overcooked, It is very delicious! Follow recipe.

Green Beans with Chicken Drumsticks
Preparation:
  1. Wash the meat and season with salt, pepper, and dry spice/Vegeta.

  2. Chicken drumsticks, if you want you can remove the skin, because chicken skin contains the most cholesterol and fat. Some people aren't tolerant of it and should be careful if are they not suitable for their health. I removed the skin because I prefer it that way!

  3. Put to fry on both sides with very little oil, over a moderate heat.

  4. Wait for the meat to take on a nice brown color and set it aside when done.

  5. Prepare all the vegetables as described above.

  6. In a deep pot, add the finely chopped onions to fry as soon as it gets a yellowish color. Then add chicken meat and carrots, stir well. Add a little water, simmer it for about 15 minutes.

  7. Always control liquid and add as needed.

  8. After 15–20 minutes, put the green beans to cook together and cut the potatoes into slices or cubes. Pour enough water to cover all the vegetables and cover the pot!

  9. Regularly check that there is enough water and stir so that it does not burn.

  10. Let it cook for another 20 minutes, then add a 2-3 teaspoon of ground red paprika, salt, pepper, and a weed dill to your taste, with always adding water if it has evaporated. Let it cook for another 30 minutes.

  11. At the end of cooking, there was about 2.5 liters of liquid in my pot. It also depends on how thick you want this dish to be. Buon appetito!

NOTE:

  • You can also use other types of meat, chicken meat or beef meat!

  • If you like it thicker, add one tablespoon of flour mixed with a little water and mix quickly.

  • During cooking, always make sure that the liquid is slightly above the green beans.

  • At the end, you can add one spoon of chopped parsley, I didn't add it because weed dill it has a fantastic smell and taste!
