Some of the most common causes are unhealthy diet and obesity, but there are solutions, and from a proven source – one grandmother (85) uses this mixture twice a day for years and has never had difficulties with blood pressure or cholesterol.
The recipe was discovered by her granddaughter, and it reads:
Ingredients:
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1 piece of grated ginger
1 Tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
1 Tablespoon of honey (take honey with a plastic spoon, not metal, so as not to lose its properties)
Preparation and use:
Put the ingredients in a blender and purée until you get a uniform mixture. Leave it in the fridge for 5 days. Take 2 times a day, before breakfast and dinner, and you will soon notice positive results on your blood count.
