Ingredients: 60 min., very easy
Dough:
250 g of honey
300 g of wholemeal flour
100 g brown sugar
150 g chopped almonds
1 small ground clove
1 Tablespoon cinnamon
1 grated lemon peel
1 bag of baking soda/ 7 g
1 g of salt
Fill:
250 g of grated and drained apples
To Spread:
a little honey over each cookie
Preparation:
Put 1 teaspoon of water in 200 g of honey and heat slightly to make it liquid.
Add other spices flour and sugar and knead a smooth dough with a rolling pin and roll out to a thickness of 6 mm. Use a model to remove the heart-shaped molds. Put grated apples on each mold and fold with another mold and nicely combine and arrange in a baking tray set with baked paper at 180 °C until it gets a nice brown color. Biscuits warm, coat with honey and leave to cool.
