As I mentioned, Kuglof can be made in many ways and with different ways and ingredients, certainly tasty and decorative for festive occasions as well. Follow recipe.
Ingredients: simple, total time: 75 min.
200 g flour type 400
2 bags of vanilla pudding burst
1 bag vanilla sugar/ or 1 Tablespoon
1 bag of baking powder/ 10 g or 1 Tablespoon /
125 g of sugar
150 ml of milk
125 ml of oil
4 eggs
100 g of cooking chocolate with 70% cocoa
300 g raspberries
powdered sugar for sprinkling
Preparation:
Mix all the powdered ingredients—flour, sugar, vanilla, baking powder, pudding powder and add eggs, milk, oil, and mix everything with a mixer for 2 minutes.
Add grated chocolate and raspberries to the mixture and mix lightly.
Transfer to a 22 cm diameter coated kuglof mold and bake for 40-50 min. at a temperature of 180 °C. Depend on oven. Check the dough with a toothpick.
Remove the cooled cake from the mold and sprinkle it with powdered sugar.
