Ingredients: simple, total time: 60 min.

For Baskets:

  • 200 g flour

  • 60 g butter

  • 4 eggs

  • 250 ml of water

  • a little salt

Fill:

  • 250 g Mascarpone cheese

  • 200 g whipped cream

  • 100 g powdered sugar

  • a little vanilla sugar

  • Fruits: raspberries, blueberries, blackberries

  • a little cinnamon

  • chocolate topping

or:

  • Instead of mascarpone cream, you can make vanilla cream for pastries and cakes

Preparation:
  1. You make the baskets first, it is best the day before. Put water and a little salt in the pot to boil. Then add the flour, remove from the stove, then mix to combine nicely.

  2. Transfer on low heat, stir until the mixture begins to separate from the pan.

  3. When the ball is made, it is over.

  4. Leave to stand for a while and cool, then add one egg at a time.

  5. Mix non-stop to combine everything nicely.

  6. Prepare a muffin tin, oil the upside-down baking tray, pour the mixture into a circle with a syringe around each bulge.

  7. You should drop 12 baskets.

  8. If you put around each one, make sure that the baskets do not touch so that they do not stick.

  9. Place in the freezer to set.

  10. After 1 hour, take them out and fry in deep oil until golden brown.

  11. Return the ones that don't fit in the first round of frying to the freezer.

  12. Place the baked baskets on a napkin to pick up excess fat.

  13. You can roll the finished baskets in sugar mixed with cinnamon while they are still warm.

  14. Mix Mascarpone cheese, vanilla sugar and powdered sugar. Whip the whipped cream separately, pour the cheese into it. Stir. Fill the baskets.

  15. Arrange the fruits you like on top and pour over the chocolate topping.

  16. The baskets are ready, enjoy!
