Fried Pork Steak

  • Simple preparation of frying pork steaks, in just a few minutes you will have wonderful steaks on the table. Follow recipe.

Ingredients: very easy, total time: 30 minutes, 3 persons
  • 600 g pork steak, steaks must be 1 cm thick

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 Tsp black pepper

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/2 tsp Vegeta/dry spice

  • 1 tsp dry parsley

  • 100 g of flour,

  • 150-170 g breadcrumbs

  • 100 ml deep-frying oil

  • 4 slices of lemon

Pork Burried Steak
Preparation:
  1. Rinse the meat with cold water, dry it with kitchen paper and remove the fat.

  2. Season the meat with a little salt, Vegeta and pepper

  3. Beat the meat on both sides with a meat grinder.

  4. Prepare 3 bowls for flour, breadcrumbs, and eggs.

  5. Pre-beat the eggs with a hand whisk and add the dried primrose, a pinch of pepper and a pinch of salt.

  6. Put the frying oil in the pan and wait for it to heat over a slightly moderate heat.

  7. Roll the beaten steak in flour on both sides. Then in eggs and drain off the excess. Then roll in breadcrumbs 2 times on both sides with help fork.(You can leave the rolled steaks in the fridge for 30 minutes, if you are not in a hurry, because then it will be even better. When the mixture on them hardens.)

  8. When the oil has warmed up, add the steak with the help of a fork to bake, until it gets a golden yellow-brown color for about 3–4 minutes on both sides.

  9. When they are done, place them on kitchen paper in a plate to soak up excess oil.

  10. Serve hot steaks with slice of lemon, some stewed vegetables, baked potatoes with a seasonal salad.
