Meatballs are extra, and you can combine them with any side dish or even with pasta, and if it goes with the dough, then make them smaller. There are several ways I prepare them and these are special without sauce and can go with side dishes and stews as you prefer. Follow recipe.
Ingredients: simple, total time: 45 min. 4 serving
500 g of minced meat
4–5 cloves of garlic/ finely chopped
2 onions/ finely chopped
4 Tablespoons flour
2 Tbsp breadcrumbs
2 eggs
salt and pepper to taste
dry spice / Vegeta
1 tsp of baking powder
a pinch of baking soda
add a little water as needed, flour or breadcrumbs-you will see by the composition of the mixture
Preparation:
Knead the dough meat with chopped onion into small pieces of both types, add scrambled eggs and all spices, add water as needed.
Leave the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 min.
Take out the mixture with a spoon and shape it into a meatball shape with your hands and fry it in hot oil. Serve with mashed potatoes and seasonal salad. Buon appetito!
NOTE: If the mixture is still thin, add flour or crumbs freely.
