Fried Hake with Corn Flour

  • Fantastic, tasty hake fillets rolled in cornmeal. Preparation is simple and quick. Follow recipe.

Ingredients: simple, total time: 35 minutes, 3 serving
  • 800 g Hake fillets

  • dry herbal spice/Vegeta to taste

  • salt to taste

  • 2–3 eggs

  • 7 Tablespoon of corn meal

  • dry parsley as desired

Fried Hake with Corn Flour
Preparation:
  1. Thaw hake fillets frozen 1 day before, then dry well with a kitchen paper.

  2. Season the fish on both sides with vegetables and a little salt.

  3. Beat the eggs well, add pinch of salt, add dry parsley if desired.

  4. Put the prepared fillets in corn meal, then eggs, repeat once more.

  5. Arrange the fillets on a plate lined with paper.

  6. Heat the oil over moderate heat.

  7. Arrange the fillets and fry well on both sides until they are brown.

  8. Place the fillets on clean paper to absorb the fat.
