Mixture of Dry Ingredients:
In a deep bowl, mix the density, breadcrumbs, and semolina.
Spices for Chicken:
In the third small bowl, mix all the spices for chicken: hot pepper, pepper, vegeta, sweet pepper, mix.
Processing:
In a deep tray or plate, add the cut chicken on sticks, add all mixed spices for chicken and minced garlic stir well meat with spices then pour oil and mix once more. Work with gloves so as not to get your hands dirty unnecessarily.
Cover meat with transparent foil, leave in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. You can prepare this a day in advance. Maybe it's better because you'll spend less time in the kitchen and the spices will give the meat the right flavor overnight!
After the elapsed time, roll the meat sticks in a yogurt mixture for dipping, then in a mixture of dry ingredients, then fry in hot oil until golden brown on both sides on moderate heat.
Place the chopsticks on kitchen paper to absorb excess fat.
Serve this definitely delicious chicken sticks with some salad, potatoes, or other vegetables as desired.
Buon appetito!
NOTE:
If you are going to bake potatoes with this dish, sprinkle them with a little red ground, pepper, salt to taste, rosemary and olive oil. You can bake them in the oven on baking paper at 180 °C for about 35-40 minutes until they are golden.
Instead of yogurt, you can add sour cream.
Instead of cornstarch, you can add flour, or density I used corn starch.
If you are making it for the youth, then avoid the spicy additives and add more red sweet ground pepper instead.
You can also use lard instead of oil. In this way, less meat will absorb fat and it is healthier!
If you want fluffier sticks, then add 1 egg and a full spoonful of breadcrumbs to the yogurt mixture.
Work in the order as I wrote, you will see that it is much more beautiful, softer and juicier!
You can add mayonnaise or tartar sauce to the spread.
With these sticks, I made a simple salad of tomatoes, cucumbers, with the addition of olive oil, apple vinegar, oregano and a little weed dill, it's summer, so I don't need to pack food.
You can keep the rest of the chicken in the fridge for up to 2-3 days, as in a mixture, if you haven't made all the chicken!
