Preparation:

For Potatoes:

  1. Peel and wash the potatoes, cut them into smaller pieces, pour water into a saucepan and add 1 teaspoon of salt.

  2. Let them cook for 25 minutes.

  3. Then drain them well, add 1/2 teaspoon of salt and butter, then mash them well with a fork, then mix.

  4. Add about 120 ml of milk and mix with mixer for about 4-5 minutes.

For Fried Chicken Cutlets:

  1. Wash the chicken, dry it and cut it into thin fillets.

  2. Season with dry Vegeta seasoning on both sides to taste, do not add salt because we already have salty additives. Add black pepper, thyme, curcumin to taste.

  3. Beat the steaks slightly over the transparent foil.

  4. Grind the salty pretzels into a super chop.

  5. After that, roll the steaks in flour, then in beaten eggs, and finally in ground pretzels.

  6. You can fry the steaks ready in this way in hot oil or bake them in the oven for about 40 minutes to 200 °C until they are golden brown on both sides.

  7. Serve with salad, mashed potatoes or other vegetables.

Buon appetito!
