First wash the chicken meat, dry it well, then cut it into smaller pieces.
After that, put the chicken pieces in a deep bowl, add spices, salt, pepper, spices for the chicken and a little salt, mix it all well.
Put the mixed chicken in pieces with the spices in the super chopper and blend for 1 minute until there are small pieces.
Take the transparent foil and lay the chopped chicken meat on it and place another transparent film on top of the chicken meat.
Pat the meat with the palms of your hands, then pass with a rolling pin.
When you have done that and thinned out a little meat, then cut into eight equal pieces of chicken steaks together with the foil.
Separate the meat from the transparent foil and then with your hands if you need to fix the shape, first roll it in flour, then roll it in eggs and only then in crumbs.
Put the steaks prepared in this way in one plate.
Pour the half of oil into a larger pan and wait for it to heat up well.
When the oil is heated, put four steaks in the hot oil and fry each side for 5-6 minutes until it becomes golden brown.
