The easiest and simplest way of fried cauliflower, with a little food, is to get a healthy and tasty dish. I always work according to this recipe, and there is no mistake. These spices make cauliflower even tastier. Roasted cauliflower this way is very tasty and crunchy, you will see for yourself, you can use the rest of the mixture for steaks, and it also gives the meat a fantastic taste. Ingredients: very easy, total time: 40 min.2 persons
1.5 kg cauliflower, separated flowers
For Frying Cauliflower:
2 eggs
400 ml water
7 Tbsp flour, add gradually and maybe more
1 tsp salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp curry
1 tsp red ground pepper
1 tsp garlic in powder, it is optional if you like
1/2 teaspoon dried primrose
1/2 teaspoon dry thyme spice
1 sprig onion, green part finely chopped, optional
oil — for frying
Preparation:
Wash the cauliflower well and unwrap the flowers to a medium size and cook for 5 -7 minutes.
Remove and strain well, allow cooling.
Beat eggs, add 5 Tbsp flour, red ground pepper, salt, pepper, curry, thyme, primrose and garlic powder.
Add a little water and rest flour, whisk into a thick mixture, should be thicker than the pancake batter. Flour add gradually!
Dip cauliflower in the mixture and fry in hot oil over medium heat, until they get a nice brown color in every part.
Dispose of the finished fried cauliflower on a kitchen towel.
Sprinkle with sprig onions if you like.
Serve as a side dish with a salad or steak.
