Fast Chocolate Cubes

  • Fast Chocolate cubes simple and easy recipe that is ready in lightning speed. Delicious, juicy and decorative. Follow recipe.

Ingredients: cup measure-200 ml, simple. total time: 60 min.

Crust:

  • 3 cups of yogurt

  • 1 cup of olive oil/ or fat

  • 3 cups of flour

  • 2 cups of granulated sugar

  • 3 Tbsp of cocoa powder

  • 1 tsp of baking soda/ or baking powder

  • 200 ml glass measure

Chocolate Glaze:

  • 5 Tbsp granulated sugar

  • 4 Tbsp milk

  • 100 g butter/ diced

  • 100 g dark chocolate/ diced

Preparation:

Crust:

  1. Beat all the ingredients, combine them well, pour them into a greased dish with baking paper. (Instead of a glass of oil, you can add 3 spoons of melted fat to the cake, the taste will be even better, and the cake will stay fresh for days.)

  2. Bake in a heated oven at 200 °C for 30 minutes.

Glaze:

  1. Melt all the ingredients on the stove for glaze, when the cake is ready, pour it over it.

  2. Leave the cake for 1-2 hours to cool well.

  3. Cut with help of sharp wet knife into cubes or rectangular.

  4. Serve.
