Ingredients: cup- 200 ml, simple, total time: 10 min.
1 small package Pavesini biscuits with cocoa/ or Plasma Cocoa biscuits
250 g Mascarpone
40 g powdered sugar/ or to taste
120 ml instant coffee
cocoa powder to taste
Preparation:
Take 2 cups, arrange the Pavesini biscuits in a circle, standing side by side.
Beat mascarpone with powdered sugar, add coffee, mix once more into a uniform mixture.
Fill glasses with whipped cream and sprinkle with cocoa. Leave in the refrigerator to cool 30 minutes, then serve.
