Simple apple cake and quick preparation, ready in just 35–40 minutes. An ideal treat for unexpected guests or if you are in a hurry. The cake is soft and very tasty, a real pleasure for true gourmets. Follow recipe.
Ingredients: cup - 200 ml, simple, total time: 40 min.
Filling:
4 grated apples without peel
1 bag vanilla sugar/ 10 g
2 Tbsp granulated sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
3 Tbsp of semolina
Dough:
3 small eggs
2 cups of flour
150 ml yogurt
50 ml milk
160 ml oil
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 bag vanilla sugar/10 g
1 bag baking powder/ 10 g
Baking dish 20x30 cm
Preparation:
Filling:
Wash the apples, peel them and remove the pits. Grate on a coarse grater.
Mix grated apples in a pan with lemon juice, add sugar, vanilla sugar, cook on low moderate heat for about 15 -20 minutes with occasional stirring. Towards the end, add 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, mix and remove from heat.
During this time, leave the filling to cool.
When the filling has cooled a little, add 3 spoons of semolina, mix and set aside.
Dough:
In a deep bowl, add eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar and beat with a mixer on medium speed for about 5–7 minutes.
After that, add oil, yogurt and milk and mix briefly again.
Gradually add flour mixed with baking powder and mix at the same time, until you get a uniform mixture.
Divide the dough mixture into two equal parts.
Turn on the oven to 200 °C.
Lubricate the baking dish with butter and spread it evenly with a little flour and shake off the excess.
Pour the first part of the dough and spread it evenly with a spatula.
Bake at 200 °C for about 7–8 minutes.
Take it out from the oven and add the filling, distribute it evenly and press it all over the surface of the crust.
Pour the second part of the dough over the filling and level it with the help of a spatula and distribute it evenly.
Bake for another 8 minutes. Test the cake with a toothpick in the middle, if it is dry, the cake is ready!
Cover the finished cake with a clean cloth and let it cool completely.
When the cake has cooled, cut it into equal cubes, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.

NOTE:
You can add the grated rind of 1 lemon to the cake batter, if you like.
Keep the dessert covered in the box for up to 4–5 days.
