Have you ever made tuna fritters? I usually make them simple in the summer. With only a few ingredients, you will get a fantastic and delicious dish, which is also very healthy and dietary. There is no flour or crumbs in this recipe, the only thing that is fried is completely dietary. Follow recipe.
Ingredients: simple, total time: 45 min. 3 serving
2 eggs/ scrambled
2 cans of tuna/ filtered and puréed
2 green onions/ finely chopped
1 small bunch of parsley/ finely chopped
1/2 lemon peel/ grated
pinch of salt
black pepper to taste
1 flat bio dry spice Vegeta
1 teaspoon red ground pepper
olive oil for frying
130 g Greek yogurt
1 and half teaspoon chives
2 gherkins/ diced
black paper to taste
Preparation:
Drain the tuna well through a strainer and leave it for a while. There must be no liquid or oil.
Beat eggs in a deep bowl, add: finely chopped green onion, parsley, lemon peel, ground paprika, salt, and pepper to taste. Stir everything well.
Mash the drained tuna, add to the mixture. Stir well all ingredients to uniform.
Heat the oil over moderate heat.
Shape into balls, press with the palm of your hand to get the shape of smaller patties. Place in oil gently to fry until golden brown on both sides. Gently turn them to the other side with help of flattened spatula and fork.
When they are ready, put them on kitchen paper to absorb excess fat.
Add chopped chives to the yogurt, black pepper to taste, chopped gherkins, and Dijon mustard. Mix everything well, serve with tuna fritters.
These fashir tuna steaks go well with a light salad or French fries.
Buon appetito!
NOTE:
If you want, you can arrange them on baking paper and bake them in the oven to avoid frying. Bake them at 180 °C for about 35-40 minutes, turning them.
If you want, you can add crumbs or flour, I didn't want to because I prefer meal without it.
Keep covered in the refrigerator for up to 4 days!
