Enriched Chinese Spring Rolls

The combination of fillings can be different, and they are most often with vegetables or minced meat. This is my recipe. Follow recipe.

Ingredients: simple, total time: 40 min. 4 servings
  • 1 pack of thin crusts (you do not have to use all)

  • 2 carrots

  • 1 onion

  • 1/2 cabbage

  • 1 zucchini

  • 150-250 g cheese

  • 3-4 frozen cubes of spinach

  • 2 clove garlic,

  • 350 g minced meat (pork or beef), what do you prefer

  • soy sauce

Preparation:
  1. Grate the vegetables and mix. Put it to simmer briefly and she drains it.

  2. Fry the minced meat with a little stewed onion.

  3. Prepare thin crusts for the pie, make sure they are just thin crusts to make your rolls crispy.

  4. Cut one crust into 4 parts, one quarter should be one roll.

  5. Spread oil and water with baking powder on the thin crust, fill that you have mixed together. Put the filling, let it be approximately one spoon, although it can depend on the taste, but also on the type of filling that you put.

  6. Put the filling on the end of the crust and twist the edges inwards and roll.

  7. So repeat until you have a crust. Place in a baking tray lined with baking paper, sprinkle the rolls with a little oil, and place in a preheated oven to bake at 180 °C. It doesn't take them more than 20 minutes to finish when they get a nice golden yellow color.

  8. Serve with Soy sauce. Buon appetito! NOTE: You can use zucchini, cheese, and spinach, and you don't have to, as you like prefer!
