Ingredients:
350 g macaroni or tagliatelle
1 onion/ finely chopped
2 red peppers
100 ml milk
20 g feta cheese Greek ricotta
1 Tbsp olive oil
a bit of water
1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
1/2 teaspoon hot ground pepper
1 tsp parsley
1 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
Preparation:
Put water in the pot to a boil for the macaroni. Finely chop the onion and put it in oil to fry, after 2 min., add the chopped peppers and mix, add a little water and let it simmer for about 10 minutes. Cover pan. Add salt, pepper and hot ground pepper, cheese and a little milk, turn off the heat, take a blender and mix everything well. After that, when you have mixed well and the mixture has become creamy, add Parmesan cheese and mix with a spoon.
The cream is ready for the dough.
Mix the dough well with the cream and finally decorate the plate with fresh primrose leaves. Buon appetito!
