Phenomenal Serbian traditional dish of cornflour, without flour, which is made quickly and very tasty. Follow recipe.
Ingredients: simple, baking dish 40×30 cm, 10 serving
300 g of corn meal
300 ml mineral water
1 teaspoon of salt
1 Tablespoon of oil
1 bag of baking powder/ 10 g
Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients well with a mixer. Then grease the tray with oil with the help of a brush. Pour the mixture and level it with a spatula.
Bake at 180 °C for 25–30 minutes. Serve warm or cold with yogurt.
