Ingredients: very easy, total time: 15 min.
4 egg yolks
120 g of sugar
40 ml of water
500 ml Mascarpone
Preparation:
Whisk the egg yolks with a 60 g of sugar until foamy. Put the rest of the sugar in a small saucepan and add a little water and heat over a slightly moderate heat. When the sugar has melted, and you get the syrup, gradually add it to the egg yolks and mix constantly with a mixer until the mixture thickens. Then add gradually the mascarpone, mix again, until you get a creamy and smooth mixture. Set the cream aside. Pour the cream into a round bowl.
Take a Pandora cake and cut it not into feta and then pieces into diamond-shaped pieces.
Arrange parts of the Pandora desert around the bowl in the form of a flower, and dip it in the cream, so the Pandora will not have a one-sided taste and will not be dry. The cream is fantastic, and you can use it for other desserts. Enjoy!
