I always make such delicious peas when I have butter in the house, it tastes amazing! I try to always buy young peas because I like eating them the most, they are easier to digest. Follow recipe.
Ingredients: simple, total time: 35 min., 4 serving
1 pack of young peas / or peas, normal 600 g
1 onion/ finely chopped
1 big carrot/or 2 medium — finely chopped
30 g butter
pinch of salt
1 tsp dry spice/ Vegeta/ or 1 cube for soup + 250 ml water
1 tsp dry spice weed dill/ or fresh 2 Tbsp
water as needed
Preparation:
Prepare all the ingredients as described above.
Finely chop the chopped onion and carrot.
Fry the onion in a little oil until it becomes transparent, stirring occasionally.
Add the chopped carrot, dry spice Vegeta, stir all well, cover the pot. Stir constantly for 5 minutes.
Then immediately add the butter, when the butter has melted add the peas, stir everything well add a little water, salt to taste, cover the pot, cook for about 10-15 minutes, on a low to moderate heat.
Then add weed dill, more water, stir occasionally and cover the pot. Cook 15 minutes, until the peas are well softened, add water if necessary.
Peas are young, so they will cook quickly, be near the stove to control.
The peas are ready when they are soft and the liquid has evaporated from the pot.
Make sure that you stir occasionally and that the heat is reduced, so that your peas don't burn.

NOTE:
Instead of Vegeta and water, you can use a soup cube boiled with water — broth.
Keep the rest of the food in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
