Cupped Minions

A wonderful dessert, cupped minions balls, that are very delicious and easy to prepare! Ideal and decorative treat for all occasions. Follow the recipe.

Ingredients: simple, total time: 60 min.

Base:

  • 150 g of ground walnuts

  • 300 g of sugar

  • 100 ml of water

  • 150 g of ground biscuits

  • 125 g of butter

  • 100 g of cooking chocolate + 6 Tbsp of rum

Sugar Glaze:

  • 250 g of powdered sugar

  • 400 ml of hot water

  • 1 lemon juice

  • 1 Tbsp of milk

  • color for cakes

Preparation:

Base:

  1. Boil sugar and water syrup. Cook for about 10-12 minutes.

  2. Remove from heat, add chocolate, butter, rum, ground walnuts and biscuits.

  3. Mix everything and leave to cool 30 minutes.

  4. Make cupped balls from the cooled mass.

  5. Make sugar glaze by sifting powdered sugar, slowly adding water and lemon juice, adding a little color as desired, the mass should be thick, then add milk, stir.

  6. Put the glaze in a glass.

  7. Dip the minions in the glaze.

  8. She left it in the fridge to harden.

  9. Pour the rest of the glaze into a syringe with a narrow nozzle and draw on the minion.

  10. Let it cool a few hours.
