Croquettes Stuffed with Cheese and Ham
  • You want to please your family, then make croquettes stuffed with cheese and ham. Follow recipe.

Ingredients: simple, total time: 60 min. 4 servings

• 100 g of cheese

• 3 potatoes

• 2 eggs

• 100 g breadcrumbs

• 150 g rounds of ham

• 2 Tablespoons flour

• 1 baking powder/10 g

• 2 eggs

• oil

• salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:
  1. Put the potatoes in the pot with water on the stove to cook.

  2. Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice.

  3. Squeeze them with a purée tool.

  4. Place the mashed potatoes in a deeper bowl.

  5. Break 2 eggs, add them to the bowl, beat with a mixer. Add 2 spoons of flour and baking powder, mix again with a mixer.

  6. Stir the mixture with a spoon.

  7. Put it on a floured work surface.

  8. Flour the mixture and part with your hands.

  9. Cut the bark into squares.

  10. Cut the ham circles into pieces.

  11. Then mix it in a blender.

  12. Place the mixed mixture in a deeper bowl.

  13. Finely grate the cheese in the dish. Stir with a spoon.

  14. Continue to knead the filling by hand.

  15. Place one ball of filling on each square of dough.

  16. Shape the filled squares into croquettes. In a deeper bowl, break 2 eggs, beat them with a fork.

  17. Roll the croquettes in a beaten egg then cover with breadcrumbs.

  18. Then test them on a larger amount of heated oil in a pan on the stove.

  19. Place the fried croquettes on a plate lined with paper napkins.

  20. Decorate the serving plate with two leaves of red salad.

  21. Put sprigs of spice on them.

  22. Serve the croquettes step by step on a plate.

  23. Garnish with a circle of lemon on lettuce leaves.

  24. It took us 60 minutes to prepare this appetizer.
