Croissants with Ham and Cheese

  • Here is a simple recipe to make excellent croissants with cheese and ham filling in no time. The work is done in an instant. Follow recipe.

Ingredients: simple, total time: 30 min., 6 serving
  • 1 package of fresh puff pastry

  • 1 Tbsp of sour cream

  • a little dry spice

  • 100 g of ham

  • 100 g of cheese

  • 1 egg yolk for spread

  • sesame for sprinkling

  • 2 spring onion, green part / chopped

In addition:

  • mayo, cream cheese, ajvar

Preparation:
  1. Roll out the puff pastry, spread with sour cream, sprinkle a little salt on top and add oregano.

  2. Cut into larger cubes, you should get 12.

  3. Arrange the ham on one half, put the cheese slices on top of it.

  4. Twist into a roll so that you get the shape of a croissant, bend the corners.

  5. Beat the egg yolks, coat the croissants with it and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

  6. Bake for about 20 minutes at 220 °C.

  7. Serve warm.
