Ingredients: cup 170 ml., simple, total time: 30 min. 6 servings
1 large onion/ cut in rings 1 cm separated
Wet Ingredients:
1 cup of milk
1 Tablespoon of white vinegar
1/2 cup sour cream
Dry ingredients:
1 cup of flour
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground paprika
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
Frying:
enough oil for frying / 1/3 of the pan
Preparation:
Peel the onion and cut it into rings about 1 cm wide. And to double them separately, put them on a larger plate.
Mix the dry ingredients separately in a deep bowl.
In the second line, add all the wet ingredients and at the end add the sour cream, then mix the ingredients well again.
Heat a lot of oil in a deep dish or pan.
First put the cut rings in the wet ingredients, drain well, and then roll in the dry ingredients. Repeat this twice! Place the rings on a plate before baking.
Put them in hot oil and fry for about 2 to 3 minutes, until they are golden brown. Place them on a plate lined with a paper towel to drain the grease.
Serve as an appetizer or side dish with spreads such as mayonnaise, ketchup, or any other that goes with hamburgers. Buon appetito!
