A wonderful Italian dessert that is quick and easy to make. It is ideal for any occasion, in just 40 minutes you will have this incredible cake that will please the whole family and your friends. Follow recipe.
Ingredients: simple, total time: 45 min. 15 portions
For the Cream:
500 g of mascarpone
130 g of powdered sugar
3 eggs
40 ml Marsala / optional
and:
300 g ladyfingers
200 ml coffee / unsweetened mocha
bitter cocoa powder to taste
or dark chocolate to taste
Preparation:
Brew the coffee and let it cool. When it cools down, stir in the Marsala liqueur.
During this time, make the cream, separate the yolks from the whites.
Beat the mascarpone with 1/2 of the powdered sugar into a homogeneous mixture, set aside.
Beat the egg whites until foamy, then gradually add 1/2 the amount of powdered sugar to the stiff snow. After that, add the egg yolks one by one and beat at the same time.
When you have finished that, gradually add the beaten egg mixture to the Mascarpone, beat on medium speed, combine the cream well set aside.
Now dip the biscuits briefly in the coffee and place them in a 38×25 cm dish.
Spread 1/2 of the cream evenly and smooth.
Arrange the dipped biscuits on top of the cream, then again apply the cream and distribute evenly and level.
Sprinkle cocoa powder over the entire surface. Put the stake to cool for 2-3 hours.
Cut the cake with a cookie cutter into equal cubes and serve.
